Mission Statement: To connect resources that will eliminate waste, redundency of effort, and create jobs through the origination of unique, reuseable and novel products.

People Sustainability: Innovative housing solutions, developing and implementing new construction, ownership, and adaptability models for housing.

Island Sustainability: Efforts will be focused on reusing, repurposing, or innovative recycling; creating pipelines for materials to either be reallocated or turned into a fuel source. End goal, nothing that can be reused/repurposed/recylced leaves the island.     

Economic Sustainability: Using the products and services created at the Institute to add economic vitality to the island. Jobs will be created through the manufacturing, rendering, or distilling of local resources. This will include vertical farming, the creation of bioenergizers, and products that lower our impact on Earth.
